We deliver complete commercial hot & cold water, LTHW/CHW distribution and heating upgrades for new build and refurbishment projects. Our packages cover risers, laterals, plant connections, valve sets, supports and final connections to equipment. We coordinate closely with other trades to keep ceilings and risers clean, accessible and compliant.
Deliverables include:
- LTHW/CHW/HHW distribution pipework and insulation coordination
- TMV groups, booster sets, buffer vessels, plate heat exchangers and calorifiers
- Sanitary ware 1st/2nd fix and final commissioning support
- As-built drawings and O&M documentation
